What Happened to Cams Sister on Modern Family?

In the season 9 finale of Modernistic Family there were big changes for Pritchett'due south Closets and a huge change for the family unit.

This flavour finale ofModern Family brought two major changes for the evidence in a season that was light on them. We expected to see more advancement on Haley's human relationship front only that was not addressed at all.

At the outset of the episode, Gloria is preparing for Joe'due south birthday party while Manny is preparing for a cross-country trip. At Cam and Mitch'south business firm, Cam's sister has ended up back in jail and so they are having to have care of Cal. Cal is a big boy for his age and is state strong. When he hugs them he tackles them. Mitch and Phil are headed to Herocon and this is Mitch's first time existence brave enough to go total-nerd.

Exterior in the car, Claire works on convincing Jay that they should merge with the kids. She realizes that the kids volition need their infrastructure and so they have some leverage. Back at the party, Joe and his friends are depressed. Cam arrives with his nephew and asks if the kids are being punished, not realizing that this is merely the party. Herocon

Revelations

At the terminate of the episode, all of the adults prove upwardly at Joe's party. Mitch sits down with Cam and confesses that he went to Herocon. The talk makes Cam realize that things will be difficult for his nephew and the two decide that they have to take him in permanently.
